	Once you have approved our advert, we begin sourcing applications using the major internet job boards, plus many specialist and niche sites. In addition, Hunt4Staff utilise social media to promote visibility of your vacancy.
	Your project manager personally reviews every single applicant against your criteria, and prioritises them via our online Applicant Tracking System. Each week, you will receive a project review call to check our service is meeting your expectations.
