These are two related, but also very different, roles. Our account managers spend much of their working day on the phone speaking to clients and potential new clients, answering queries, dealing with enquiries and booking new campaigns into the project managers’ diaries.
Our project managers are the ones who run your project, so they will spend their day sifting new candidates, writing SEO optimised advert copy, liaising with clients on current projects, speaking to applicants, arranging job interviews and researching changing trends on the job boards. They will even send out your application forms and any other admin that would otherwise eat up your time!
