Jennifer is a qualified and skilled coach, consultant, facilitator and business woman and now runs bowden2 an HR Consultancy and ILC Learning a Learning and Development provider.
Jennifer has a track record within both the public and private sector. She shares her skills and expertise in working with individuals and businesses to be more effective in achieving personal or business goals to ensure the sustainable growth of talent.
Jennifer is an avid networker and has held a number of public and voluntary appointments.
